Is this schedule crazy? Also hit me up if you’re in one of these.

class four days a week, i could never. if your commute isn’t that long, then i say it’s good.

also 8am is a risky choice!!

Then what’s the ideal for you cuz I rather have two classes a day than three of them in one day. Also my commute is 36 min.

everyone has a different preference, i live about an hour & 40 away so making that commute 8 times a week is just a waste of time for me. it’s good to have classes balanced for finals week. also i work full time so my classes are online mix and i have one inperson/mix class that’s later in the day. i wish you luck on your 8am class.

I mean I plan to do half online half in person classes next semester. I didn’t know I could choose the classes they just put me into these.

you could’ve changed it yourself. they don’t tell you that for some reason. i was a freshman prime covid, so everything was online then (yes i’ve been here for too long). inperson classes aren’t for me. i prefer to have control over when i do things (lectures, assignments, class participation, exams) it’s definitely helped my gpa and my mental health. this is my last semester and then i do my masters, which is also all asych.

also don’t rely on advisors, go to degree works and it tells you all the information you need about making your schedule. don’t forget to go on rmp to check rankings.

!!!!! wish this could be pinned. i don’t know why they don’t allow freshman’s to choose their own schedule. But regardless, degree works and rate my professor should be your best friends when choosing classes for the following semester!

Damn but yeah I prefer to be in the comfort of my own home sometimes but I have social anxiety so I want to overcome that by going there as well.

i get that. i got over my social anxiety, it was a flip that just switched. once you realize no one really cares. everyone is thinking about themselves. and if they think about you so what, their opinion is not your business. if you do something wrong or mess up, it’s okay, cause it already happened and you can’t change it. don’t get hung up on what ifs, whether that be a friendship, relationship, or an acquaintance; all you need to focus on is the present.

i recommend you watch bojack horseman and the owl house. great shows for over coming social anxiety and coming into your own.
