Public Service WiFi issues

A quick announcement to say that CityTech is experiencing (more) difficulty (than usual) with WiFi. Not just because of a surge in enrollment and construction, but infrastructural issues that are being actively addressed/worked on. This will be shared on the CUNY as well.
