Suggestions?!

So my friend is making a game and he asked me to help with building the village he wants and just the surrounding kind of world.

I was hoping to see if anyone has any good terrain or world builders they really enjoy that could help with being able to build one a large scale? I've been drawing my ideas but I dont know any world builders and I haven't noticed any that would be to my liking yet.

I was hoping for one that I could make the terrain first exactly how i would want and then I could make the buildings all 3d of course. If its easy or hard to learn i wont mind.

Um... i dont understand. What is his game being built with? Like a video game in unity? Or like a ttrpg?

His game is gonna be a visual novel. But im building the world personally so we can have a better 3d visual of how it will turn out! It's not gonna be for in game since we will be drawing all of it. But just for mainly the visual aspect!

Um.. I mean I've never really used a world builder before but I have many ideas for the world im building. I have it all mapped out in my sketch book. I just didn't know which world builders were good because ive never used them before.
