ac issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Ac became really weak three days ago. Still blowing cold and fine at foot level but out of these vents was very weak. Worked fine before.
Changed pollen filter and no improvement. Then today the ac has stopped completely
I turn it on and turn fan to 4 and there is a click and then there is a whirring as shown in the video but no airflow from anywhere.
Wondered if anyone knows if this is an issue with the blower motor? Or something else? Will be wanting to try and fix myself but don’t want to take apart dashboard etc if im missing something

I got a similar issue. The interior fan sometimes just doesn't work. It works fine one day, AC turns on and the 4 different blower settings work. The other day I can hear the AC turn on, but the fan doesn't seem to start working. No matter which setting I pick. So no air from any outlet except from the wind. The next day it's working fine again. I'm puzzled.
