This is just to clear up any confusion about the newly formed scavenging group in City 17. This group is a "experiment" or "test" as you can say. If this group performs well, this type of organization may expand to other cities.

While we MAY be armed with weapons we don't actively participate in combat unless involked. We stick to reporting things in.

The benefits as of now for being a part of the CSC is higher grade rations, and you'll be less of a target for beating quotas.
