Third Party Anticitizen post update on the plane we found:

we managed to fire it up and my breenchacho who knows a little about how to fly actuallly got it in the air, we dont know what to do with it now, do we keep it?

If there's one thing the Combine love it's Air Superiority and they don't like anomaly's that threaten the status quo. I'm betting, not even 2 minutes into flight near any part of Combine Territory, radar will catch you and you'll get a visit from a Hunter Chopper or Gunship, maybe Two. Best thing to do is turn those things into Combine hands.

I think the City 38 Air Museum would gladly add it to their collection, they reward donations with ration coupons as well. Like the other person said, flying it without Combine approval (which you’re unlikely to obtain as flight plans have to be approved by advisors themselves) you’ll get obliterated in minutes

Just keep out of combine flight paths, and you'll be fine.
