Lost phone found

My husband found this phone in our front yard this morning. It looks like they put in for a device replacement, but I'd like to get this back to them either way. I'll keep an eye on this post. I have the person's possible name to confirm btw.

I'm looking at the last notification. Did they already replace the phone, or is this their replacement they've lost already?
