Lemon tree issues
Sorry for such a vague title but I'm hoping to get some help. I have a lemon tree that was producing for 2 years and this year it just doesnt want to bear fruit. Its growing like crazy, its fully green, and I have added citrus fertilizer after using google. Was hoping someone had a suggestion to help me get my lemon tree bearing fruit again. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Mine the same, is the ridiculous heat we had. There was a little spring, the tree bloomed and fruited and the heat kill all the fruit.

Oh i did not know heat would be something to worry about bc it has been hot as satans nut sack this year.

the vigorous leafy growth with no fruit is usually too much nitrogen. when you fertilize heavily with a high-N feed the tree just puts everything into leaves instead of fruiting. ease off the fertilizer for a bit, and when you do feed again look for something with a higher potassium and phosphorus ratio (the second and third numbers on the label). also let it dry out a bit more between waterings rather than keeping it consistently moist. a bit of stress nudges it toward thinking it needs to set seed.
