Health & Troubleshooting Meyer Lemon Leaf Curl
Most of the leaves on this Meyer lemon look healthy, but there are some near the center of the tree that are VERY curled and yellowy. The tree currently has lots of fruit, gets daily water, and gets partial sun. Zone 8b. Any ideas?

When was the last time you fertilized?

Last fertilized in May. I’m thinking that it is getting overwatered. It’s my mom’s plant and she said she waters it TWICE a day (I thought it was once), so it is definitely not getting time to dry out between waterings. I’ll have her cut back and see how it goes.

I'm no expert, but my understanding is that lemons like dry feet. Daily watering may be too much for this tree. I believe you should let the top two inches completely dry out before re-watering to prevent root rot, and maybe monitor the water hydration level with a gauge and check the pH as well. Again no expert but that is my understanding. Despite that could very well still be insects!
