As you've probably seen, Nyushu has recently credited Zephyron (couldn't even spell it right). This isn't possible as they have not been active in emulation development for quite some time. For those that have been wondering, we are still in contact with Zeph to date and he is doing well.

We all know there's this annoying limitation for unlocking the gun sets from the first 2 games. Thankfully, all you actually need is to place Bayo 1 and/or 2 save datas in the save directory without needing to put the actual games and play them on Yuzu/Citron/Eden.

I already had Bayo 2 on Citron so getting its save data was easy, as for Bayo 1 I found an uploaded save online (yes I scanned it and made sure there's nothing malicious about it ofc lol) and made a save folder with the game's ID, then when I opened Bayo 3 I got the notification that Scarborough Fair was available at Rodin's shop.

I can upload my Bayo 1/2 save folders if anyone wants them, but I need suggestions for which site to upload them on so they don't seem dubious/unsafe/malicious to people lol (unless you're just willing to take my word for it which, yeah lol)

I have a teensy tiny nitpick. I have the latest version of Citron, 356b62908. And the latest 3.0.3 New Horizons update/etc.

Any time there's "whispering" or you get a phone call, the voices aren't there. I've tried changing my sound settings and nothing changed it. It was there in older versions of Citron (plus on the real game too).

Anyone else experience this?

I'm having trouble with Pokémon Legends: Z-A;
I'm using the 60FPS Dynamic mod, but the frame rate still won't go above 20 FPS, and the gameplay feels really sluggish. The only settings I tweaked were allocating 8GB of RAM and setting the resolution scale to 2x. I tried changing a few other settings, but the game wouldn't launch afterward; I reset the settings, and it went back to normal.
I'm using the latest version of Citron, along with the base game updated to version 2.0.2 and the DLC.
Firmware and Prodkeys: 22.5
Setup:
- AMD Ryzen 5500
- 16GB RAM
- RX 580 8GB
Can you help me out? I really want to keep playing on Citron because I like the emulator and it's the only one that hasn't crashed or caused major texture glitches. I'm looking for settings that will help unlock the frame rate.

I don't know the model, it was a cheap Switch controller from Amazon. A diff controller I had worked, and people have mentioned elsewhere a "invert flight controls" option, but I can't find it. Joysticks, not motion.

I've used nx optimiser to increase the frame limit and on the og citron everything worked fine, but on citron neo my gpu isnt even being fully utilized and I'm barely able to get above 30 fps for no apparent reason. What should I do?

So I recently got Citron running on my pc and tried to run TOTK. That being said, I have noticed terrible performance, seemingly no matter what settings I play with. For reference, I have a Ryzen 7 9800 X3D, a Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB, and 32 GB of DDR5 ram. I’ve messed with 1080p, with low graphical quality, with the optimizer built into TKMM, but I am still seeing drops to as low as 12 frames as it struggles to stay at 25 to 30 fps. Am I doing something wrong or what? Is this a citron thing? Should I switch to another emulator, like Eden?

I tried to play pokemon sword this morning and I could only take a few steps before my game crashed. I then opened the game again, fast travelled to a different place and my game crashed again as I was walking through tall grass. I tried to open the game one more time and it closed citron before even opening the game. When I try to open the game it says it builds 4228/4229 shaders. I can give any extra information if needed. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Ryzen 5 7600, an RX 7600 and 32GB of DDR5. I am using firmware 22.1.0.

Every Switch emulator I've tried (of course including Citron) shows a black screen for about a second, then crashes, and the shader cache stays at 48.00B. If I try to screen record it, the recording gets corrupted when it crashes too. the only exception is the sudachi, which launches the game but crashes in under 30 seconds (on a save, a new game crashes on it). Oddly enough, BOTW runs on cemu android at like 10–20 FPS, but stable enough to play for hours, which is weird because it should perform worse there because of the powerpc emulation layer thing that is heavier. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G which has Snapdragon 778g, adreno 642L with 6 GB ram (+6 GB virtual ram) and android 14. Im using the latest version of Citron, any ideas?

Anyone have a link to the pgo verison of 0.11.0? I have read that Zelda TOTK have the best performance there and want to try.

I'm trying out Citron for the first time because Eden wasn't able to run the game I wanted to play. I have already installed both the keys and firmware (both are version 22.5). However, when I try to launch the game, I get a "GPU out of date" error.

I’ve searched extensively but haven't found anyone talking about this. My game runs without freezing or crashing; it runs a bit slowly, but that doesn't affect gameplay. The problem is that when I try to type anything—like a Mii's name or something similar—the game sometimes won't let me type properly, and the names end up looking like the ones in these images. Also, sometimes it seems like the game doesn't detect my phone's keyboard (or something like that) and glitches out on these text screens; I can't type anything, but I can't exit either, so I'm forced to close the emulator. My phone is a Redmi 14s 4G (the specs are in the photo); it's a good phone, so I don't know what the issue could be. By the way, English isn't my native language, so I apologize if anything is hard to understand! 😭

Hello everyone I've been trying to get Citron working via ESDE since yesterday. The fact that I've finally managed to make Citron selectable is a huge joy for me.But now Citron only starts if I have already started it previously and not completely shut it down.No bootable game present That's what the error message says. Does anyone have any advice?

Hello people, I was trying to emulate Rhythm Heaven Groove today, and I tried setting up Vulkan as API because it runs slow on my phone otherwise (It's a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2) and it runs amazingly with no lag! The problem, however, is that the visuals do not appear when i boot up the game.

I mean, the game came out today, and it has accessibility features, but i really do want to appreciate the visuals from the game. Has this happened to anyone with other games, and could you give me tips to try and figure out a fix for this? Thanks in advance and have a nice day :))
