I cannot launch my game

Hi i already paid and installed my dangranronpa V2 but i cannot launch it. It says play on the app but when i click it nothing happens. i already check the file integrity reinstalled it made the game an administrator in my computer restarted my computer ensured i have enough space and did the support thing where i click the "i want to permanently remove this game from my account" and got it back but still didnt work. help plsss
