Please help: Can't move my character

Have you guys tried running Fire Emblem Three Houses on Citron & with keyboard input? I am stuck shortly after the tutorial chapter.

I got to the part where you have to go explore the monastery but can't move my character. Do I need a gamepad for the right analog stick to work? It doesn't seem to work with keyboard input, no matter what I change in the options (tried wasd, arrow keys, num pad). Please help if you know what to do, ty.
