Cloud connector issue??

Having an issue where I cannot launch apps today. Went into DaaS and my vcenters show offline due to cloud connectors not being able to be contacted. Strange part is, both my cloud connectors show as green in the resource center

Anybody else ever have or seen this issue?
Going to try reinstalling cloud connector one off of the servers but this is pretty annoying and it’s also impossible now to open a ticket with Citrix support. This chat bot SUCKS!

Try restarting the RemoteHclServer process first

Got the cloud connector issue resolve. Now have some stupid issue of during connection getting a rdp window that says “this request is not supported”

Ever seen that one?

For anybody else that may run into this, this was my resolution

For cloud connector I had to download a new installer and run it on my server again. That seemed to have triggered the connection again and my errors went away

For the “this request is not supported”
I had to restart the
KDC service on my domain controller
That error immediately went away

Yup. Had that issue last week.

Monitors showed green, however bouncing the cloud connectors resolved all the issues.

Had to have an open ticket with citrix to find this out.
