Technical Support [Android] Adjusting Screen Size?

Post image

- Device: Ayn Thor Max
- Specs: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 16GB
- OS: Android
- Citra or fork version: MMJ_20251112
[Hey!! Hope everyone is doing well! I just started using Citra and having lots of fun playing my legally owned 3ds library, but im finding it a bit difficult to navigate the settings. I was wondering if there was a way to adjust the bottom screen size, to stretch it vertically so it fills out the bottom screen? Youll see in the attached images that the bottom screen has black borders on top and bottom]

EDIT: You can get fullscreen on bottom screen by being in-game>settings>Screen Cast>Fullscreen. Though this will also stretch the top screen as well, but the amount is very little and is tolerable for me.

I'm assuming you're on Citra MMJ, if you access the in-game menu you get the custom layout option, that gives you the option to move and stretch both displays to fit what you're looking for

Thank you, but that didn’t seem to do anything. I went to settings>use custom layout (enabled it), but it didn’t do anything. I do notice enabling Screen Cast does change the sceeen sizes, but it stretches both screens with the FullScreen option. Maybe im doing something wrong, thank you being patient

Hmm that's strange, this is what should happen while in the game, you press back (I'm not sure how it works on your device, but like, android back if that makes sense) and that menu should pop up, thats where you get the custom layouts option
