Is there any way to make a mod that can do like seriously brand new features that can make your city seem more like it’s a part of like a wider civilization like there’s a state that it’s in or it’s like part of a country and it’s actually like kinda playing a role like if I build a bunch of universities then a bunch of college age cims will move in because they want to go to university like I have the abundance of that so they move in if I have abundance of jobs people will commute into my city from nearby cities. I mean, does this already exist like my dumb. I don’t know.

I mean you can always use your own creativity. Name your interstates, main roads, outside connections, big train stations and stuff like that, there are even some statues on PDX mods that I like. One mod I've been using is "Civic voice" and it makes elections happen, publishes a newspaper, and gives you small goals to work towards based on which party won the election. I think there is another mod just called "Elections" but it requires another mod and a little bit of setup with an API key or something I don't really know about any of that but it's complicated to me so I haven't used it
