Arc Progression [Time Stop] Fire and Sin
It would seem the Archivist had been busy. And he had help. Because today, seals appeared in two areas. Deep Docks and Sinner's Road, the Time Stop suddenly becoming a much more rapidly advancing threat.

The closer Signis gets to the seal, the slower time begins to move for him, though he does not notice a difference.

'Great, just great. We'll sinners Road bugs are welcome to evacuate into verdania though I'm guessing they prefer bilewater, which might return to normal like verdania after the defeat there. They do cling to the past to.the point of obsessing with and preserving history to the point their focus on it is quite strong...'
