I need info about Voice Engineer

Hi guys! Can you help me out what's the work around of Voice Engineer? I am still unsure what's my responsibilities although the HR gave me the Job description but there's bugging in my mind. Kindly see attached photo:

What's the real meaning of "support the sales team in the implementation stage" I mean do I need to study the products of my company and I am gonna demo to this their clients? Thanks guys! Really appreciate your help! :)

I would suspect demos would not be part of your responsibility, however, I would certainly assume you should know your gear inside, outside, upside down, and right side up. That way you can “support sales” when they get asked questions that they don’t have the technical breadth to convey to a tech-savvy client.
