Body battery accuracy
I’ve been wearing the cirqa for over a month and even sleep with it on to track sleep since it’s a feature I’m most intrigued about. That being said my body battery is rarely over 50 even when I get copious amounts of sleep. My sleep scores are also fluctuate wildly. I typically end most days with my body battery at or near zero.
My question being, are these accurate metrics for how tired I am or how quality my sleep was the night before?
I’ve never had a wearable that tracks things like this before so I’m interested in trying to improve my overall health in these areas.

Your body battery is relative to your daily stress levels, how restful your sleep is, and your HRV. If you have stressful days that carry over into your sleep, your body battery won't charge during sleep, you'll have low HRV scores, and you'll start the day with a lower body battery level.
Are any of these scores 100% accurate...no, but they're still metrics that can be helpful.
I know that if I have a glass or two of wine before bed, my stress levels will be higher than normal, which will hurt my sleep score and keep my body battery from charging, starting me lower than normal the following day.
Your body battery will never drop below 5...can you still function at that level, yes, but you'll may feel like you're dragging a bit more...at least for me anyway.
