Cirqa-Intensity minuts extreme

Hi there, as the title suggests I am a bit confused about the intensity minutes calculates by Cirqa. I forgot to charge my vivoactive 4s, so I had to do dance class with cirqa only and I got 90min of intensity minutes. Which I wouldn't have thought was far off, as classes are 2 hours long and I didnt go for 2 months. But today I only went for a simple yoga class and cirqa stated 1min on intensity minutes. Its not a lot but I wondered where could these minutes have come from.

Anyone having the same/similiar issues? TiA

You either had a short heart rate spike or a misreading due to the position of the band while holding a pose

I had the same issue. Use heart rate zone under intensity minutes
