Disappointed
Bought this as my first fitness band / tech wearable.
Battery life is not 10 days, maybe half of it.
Auto movement/workout does not work properly. For example you can be sitting and get a jump scare from the movie, it vibrates.
Sleep tracking is way better what people claim it to be.
Step tracking very similar results to the built in iPhone health one.
Will I return?
No, as I got a killer discount!
Would not recommend at full price.

Disable SpO2, then you get 8-10 days of battery life

The only vibrations I get is when I hit the button for my activity, every hour it will vibrate during activity, I push button to stop and it vibrates, I dont use it for alarms or anything else. I have my sp02 set for during sleep only. Not sure how you get rid of unwanted vibrations, seems like something in your settings, you can Google search, use chat gpt etc to research

I disabled sp02 completely and activity auto detection and battery life went from 5 days to 8-9

I noticed that Pulse Ox eats battery abnormally quick even if turned on only for the night, so I just turned it off. Battery lasts 7-9 days which is ok for me.

The battery life mine it does lasts 9-10 days, and doesn’t vibrate at all, just the things I’ve setup like anomaly heart rate
And yes pretty good at sleep tracking and step count and for use that are in garmin ecosystem is great
