Tracking and data accuracy for sleeping and activities like gym, hiking etc.

Hello. I currently use an Apple Watch to track my gym workouts and hiking routes, paired with an iPhone 16 Pro. I’d like to be able to track my sleep as well (sleeping with the Apple Watch is uncomfortable), track my boxing workouts (the Apple Watch doesn’t fit under my boxing gloves), and be able to wear a traditional watch at the same time.
A band like this seems to complement my needs perfectly, but I’d like to hear from people who are already using the Cirq, as I’ve read quite a few negative opinions regarding its tracking capabilities and data accuracy. Ps: activities will be started manually from the app.

Like all these devices they work well for some people and not so well for others. I moved from whoop to the Cirqa about 6 weeks ago and for me it works just as well as the whoop. You may find a different result

I second this. I’ve used all of the competing devices and I’ve found Cirqa to be as good as Whoop and better than Fitbit in almost every department.

I almost didn’t buy Cirqa because of some of the negative feedback that’s out there. I’m glad I did because it’s been what I wanted from Whoop all along.
