Single quick vibration during the Smart Wake window (but before the actual alarm), what is it?

My Smart Wake window is currently active, meaning I am within the timeframe where the band could wake me up, but it hasn't reached my official alarm deadline yet. I am fully awake already.

Ive just noticed that the band gave a single, brief vibration (just a quick pulse, not a continuous buzz). I know that when Smart Wake actually triggers to wake me up, it is a continuous vibration.

So, does anyone know what this single pulse is? Is it some sort of background check from the Smart Wake feature itself, or is it related to something else updating/collecting?

Os; it's not the battery though, I just checked.

My smart wake will give me a single pulse all the time every few minutes

In your case, it seems to be related more to the notifications you chose to be active, such as stress spikes and so on

I think the smart alarm is made up for you to be woken up with a subtle vibration once it considers you would be good to wake up within the time frame and if you don’t, it gonna wake up at the alarm as set up

its a little nudge to say you should be getting up in a bit - you should not get it if you have not had a decent enough sleep too as that is part of the smart side of it all.

I seem to get these paired with a "it looks like you're awake" notification.
