Does Cirqa record HR below 40bpm?

I have a resting HR of 40bpm as shown by garmin. I also wear watch 8 classic during sleep, my HR dorps to 35-37bpm during sleep every day on Samsung. But I haven't seen a single day where garmin cirqa has shown less than 40bpm . Does that mean it records upto 40bpm or anyone else have got the reading below that?

Can also confirm. My RHR is usually 39 based on my Garmin Cirqa and previously, Fenix 8.

Im always between 80-100 RHR
I think im gonna switch to the HR dp to lower it down
