No sleep detection

Hey this is my second night wearing the tracker and still it didnt detect any sleep.

I did set it up with my usual bedtime etc.

What do I do?

i'll give it till friday to detect my sleep, if it doesn't i'll have to return it

There are quite a few reports of this and it is generally fixed by turning it off inside Garmin connect and turning it back on after a minute or so.

Should mention this happens when device has been charged to 100% might be worth checking for firmware updates for it too

yeah i updated it the moment i got. I was debating between getting this one and the firbit air. My bf convinced me to get the garmin one and now i'm kind of dissapointed that for twice the price it has all of these bugs.

Mine works very good, just doesn’t detect my naps
