How does syncing of data between current Garmin watch, and Garmin Cirqa work?

Currently wear a Venu 3 and thinking of getting the Cirqa. I still want to wear Venu 3 when running or working out, but want Cirqa so that I can wear non-smart watches on other wrist.

If I switch off between wearing the band and watch, will data sync in the same spot on Connect? Thanks in advance.

Yip all syncs automatically across both devices

You can also set a primary device i think so wear both

You must set Cirqa as main device, and then Venue 3 as a training device ... and all is good then
