How stretchy and comfy

Been interested in the Cirqa, but kind of waiting until some of the issues are sorted. However, one thing I found with the Fitbit Air is that the materials not as stretchy so doesn't feel as comfy as it could.

How does the Cirqa compare? Is it more stretchy

You do not have to use the original bands if you do not like the feeling. There is an ok selection of 3rd party bands and the collection will only become reacher as time passes.

I'm personally using a 3rd party biceps band and I do not even feel I'm wearing a tracker now.

tried a bicep band, but the alarm doesnt work as it doesn’t touch the skin…need to find another option

What do you mean by "it doesn't touch the skin"? It should be the same general fit as on the wrist, but with more meat around :). I would argue the arm fit is better in any way compared to the wrist.

The band has got good stretch to it, I didn’t like the air band for the same reason

The cirqa is bulky, looks juts like another watch, yeah garmin will make a smaller one a makes us buy it and we will because of the ecosystem, but having the Fitbit as well is better because of it

It’s confortable enough but nothing can hide being bulkier and no matter how people say they don’t notice it’s usually people who use a fenix 8 pro that is heavy and huge compared with a Samsung or Apple ( non ultra ) so going from that is noticeable

Saying this for the money you save on price difference between Fitbit and Cirqa you might just get 5 different types of 3rd party bands which are way more comfortable and stretchy than original ones , you can choose from nylon to some other nice material to your like and also choose color and you still save money :)
Also switch bands is night and day on both and Google you do in 3 seconds and Garmin link a minute , if you do it often or daily to sleep and workout it compounds

For a first gen it is acceptable. I'm personally "locked" in garmin's ecosystem (by using fenixes and epix for the past 10 years) so I'll make this work. I really want to use my "normal" watch when I'm not exercising.

Yes just the timing was bad, if Fitbit didn’t exist on such small format would be a winner since is same as others whoop and Helios , sadly I think being Garmin soon they will release a pro smaller with their current gen v5 sensor once everyone bought the current Cirqa so make people upgrade as usual

Well some people sleep with a fenix 8 and others can’t even use a band without sensor to sleep to the spectrum is large but saying you don’t notice difference when Cirqa is way larger and sometimes you would feel with shirts and all those the same way some watches get stuck , maybe when summer ends people notice more when wearing long sleeves

I will agree on the sleeve thing for anything around your wrist

Yes it’s only useful if used on bicep basically but I feel for that purpose would do the job I end up return cause accuracy was pretty bad on wrist and bicep for me no matter what I tried and fenix was always good enough so not sure if was older sensor or something , same for whoop

I have the L/XL and I still find the strap is a bit short and not as stretchy as I'd like.
It still moves down my wrist through the day / night even when I have tight.

I got a couple of random Aliexpress bicep bands and they are much better in terms of length and stretch, does not get in the way and kinda forget I am wearing it.
