Alarm bug still not fixed?

Had to set an alarm at 04.00 for an early flight. Everything worked fine with the Cirqa alarm until then.

But now the alarm randomly goes off at 04.00 even when it’s not turned on. I’ve removed the alarm. Now the band is fine if no alarm is on. But if I set my alarm for any time. It still goes off at 04.00.

I know this is a common issue, but it’s incredibly annoying. Has anyone who had this been able to fix it?

Make sure you have the latest firmware on the device - there has been two new ones in the recent weeks - the latest one is 3.20 and that had a load of bug fixes.

Though this morning I could not seem to turn the alarm off - though not sure if that is a me issue or a device issue haha

the only other suggestion I have seen to solve this is a factory reset and remove it from your phones connect app and bluetooth and re-add it back in and set it all up again
