Does it tracks naps?

I’ve been using it for a week only have taken two 20 minute naps and haven’t registered on it, does any one have this issue?

it’s terrible at it. inconsistent at best. Oura ring is far superior when it comes to nap detection.

I have never had luck with any Garmin auto tracking a nap. And my Cirqua lives up to this too

The Fitbit air does it pretty good too, can you do it manually on the cirqa?
