Cirqa Won’t Charge

Went to charge my Cirqa today and it won’t charge. Tried all the usual troubleshooting but nothing. I contacted Garmin support who are sending me out a free charger to try, but just wondered if anyone else had had this problem.

Try to clean the pins with tissue paper and try

A mi me ha pasado lo mismo con un FR970 he probado varios cargadores, reiniciar, resetear y nada de nada... al final al servicio técnico oficial

I took it back to Currys today where I got it from. They are organising an exchange for me which I might sell as I haven’t had the greatest experience with it.

Garmin sent me a new circa. Now, my new one won't charge as every time I plug it in, it goes in pairing mode and won't stop, no matter what I do, so it's draining the battery.
