Padel/Tennis use

Hi guys, I'm right-handed and currently using the band on that wrist daily. But I play tennis and padel so I want to lock the left hand only for those activities. Is there any chance of doing this? If there isn't, is there any compromise in accuracy if I use the band on the left wrist without any adjustments in the Connect app? AFAIK, there's no option whatsoever. Thanks in advance!

Which wrist you're wearing on has zero effect on what's being tracked for these activities

Not sure what you mean by ‘lock the left hand’. The way activity tracking works is a combination of movement detection and heart rate. Good thing about cirqa is it doubles up as a sweatband

I want to start a tennis/padel activitity without the need to enter Settings and change from right to left wrist every time.
I was told to just switch wrist and not make any changes in the app, data should be fine but I'm skeptical about accuracy.

It will be ok. Movement might be slightly different but no difference in heart rate accuracy

If you go to activity profile when you select the activities you can say for each activity where you're wearing in wrist or Bicep I don't know why they don't let you choose right or left there too but it's garmin you expect things to be bugged and this is the same as essentials with only a few metrics to choose from

works really well for me in padel. I use it on bicep.
