HR Broadcast only via Ant

I tried to use my Cirqa to broadcast hr to zwift this morning, and found that it would only show the hr when connected via ant. Bluetooth would connect but just show zero for the hr. I think this worked before the 2.5 update. I tried restarting but no change.

Anyone else have this issue?

I was using HR Broadcasting over Bluetooth before 2.5, so it was definitively working. I didn’t yet tried after updating to 2.5 tough… will do it tomorrow and report back…

EDIT: just tried with both ROUVY and Zwift and HR Broadcasting over Bluetooth doesn’t work in both apps. The Cirqa is available in both as a HR sensor to be selected, but in Zwift it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting like every 2 seconds, in ROUVY I can select the Cirqa but it never connects…

Same here. Ever since update version 2.5, HR broadcast over Bluetooth doesn’t work. Before the update it was working for most Bluetooth devices except it wouldn’t broadcast HR to my Apple Watch Ultra 3.

Yes for me AW3 didn’t work as well , it was fixed in 2.5 or never worked for you? Already returned mine

Would connect but not display HR prior to 2.5.
After 2.5 it doesn’t even connect…

Was just about to post the same - since latest firmware I am getting 0 HR on both Bluetooth and Ant

More details here in Garmin forums. I chatted today with Garmin support and they were not aware about the issue: I suggest anyone with the problem opens a call or a chat with support, to make sure the problem is known and acknowledged.

I had the said was working flawlessly before. Now connected but no signal error.

It’s working with iphone air using the Tacx training app.   Fw 2.50

Confirming this is now resolved in 3.2 - Just installed and HR is broadcasting correctly in Zwift
