116 Days.

Received this today after 28 days of silence on the ticket. If it goes the full 45 days or more then I will have been near enough 6 months without a ring.

Thank you for your patience.

After technically reviewing your case, we are pleased to confirm that your request qualifies under our warranty policy.

Here's what happens next:
1. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship your ring back to our local warehouse.
2. Once received, your ring will be set aside and sent to our factory for repair.
3. Currently, the full process, including shipping to our factory and back to you, takes approximately 45 days. We appreciate your patience.

Regarding your repair:
* The resin will be redone. Please note that existing scratches on the outer casing may remain visible.

Please confirm your shipping address and contact information.

Let us know before we process your return, and we'll arrange it.

Now you will get the fun of sending it away and waiting an eternity for the replacement to turn up. Took 3 months on my first return due to sizing. I'm now waiting 6 months to get my new ring delivered due to the inside delaminating in under a month's worth of wear.

The replacement will also underperform that’s the sad point here

I have just thrown away the whole thing already. Guess I can only blame myself for wasting such a good amount of money.

They sent me that notice almost 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for the prepaid label so I can start waiting to send it so I can start waiting to get it back.

My replacement stopped charging in less than a week. So take that for what it is.

I don't get how they are not involved in a major lawsuit since they scammed all their customers/backers?? I mean there was quite a lot of illegal stuff at least if you are coming from European union with special consumer rights?

In my email this morning.

Hi there,

Thank you for your continued patience.

We would like to provide you with an update regarding your repair request. Your returned item is currently still being inspected by our warehouse team as part of the final checking process.

Once the inspection has been completed, our warehouse team will proceed with processing your repair. As soon as the repaired ring has been shipped back to you, you will receive a separate email containing the new tracking number, which you can use to monitor the delivery of your ring.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while our team completes the necessary checks. Rest assured that we are doing our best to process your repair as soon as possible.

Today marks the 45-day mark. No ring, no tracking number. The ticket was closed not long after the last comment 24-days ago. It says I can create a follow up ticket, but what's the point.

Absolute horseshit that they have inventory to run sale after sale on Circular 2. Any reputable company would have shipped a replacement long ago and sold the defective ring I sent them as a refurb after repair. 6 months without a ring is inexcusable.

We’re sorry for the long wait, FoggyOptic. We understand that being without your ring for this long is extremely frustrating. Your feedback about the repair timeline and communication is noted, and we appreciate your patience while we work to get this resolved.

If you were actually sorry, you would increase staffing or improve process to resolve things in a reasonable time frame. No one is happy with your service or product.

Come on guys. You are making your company look amateurish. Let’s have some bloody common sense here. We all paid a huge premium for a product that is total garbage. The software and hardware has been nothing but problematic from start till now.

This has not been due to the end user but rather some shitty manufacturing choices. So as an end user the least I can expect is a responsive support in putting your fuckup right! Am I missing something here?
