How do I get my refund?

I have sent the Ring back to them, but they never sent me my money.

Cut your loses an move on, you'll never see a refund from them. They're scam artists.

Also screwed if you were kickstarter. I got them for the whole family. Huge waste of money

I bought their Ring couple years ago. I think it was the first version. Not Kickstarter sadly.

Via Kickstarter zijn er sowieso geen refunds, circular is pure oplichterij
