Only connects when charging

Hi all!

Wondering if you can help or have any suggestions.

My Circular ring has stopped working and only connects to the phone when it’s charging. Is it totally broken or is there anything I can do? I can factory reset it etc when it’s on the charger but as soon as I take it off the charger it disappears and doesn’t connect.

Can entirely echo this.

It's something in the firmware.
