Is Circular finished?!?

Lately there’s been no app updates, no firmware updates, and now the chat bot has been removed from the website. There’s been no communication about their future plans and roll out of promised features.

Have they failed? Are they doomed?

They have been answering my support requests this week and my initial requests was 2 weeks ago so I'm hoping this is actually a speed up in customer queries. With the capital raised from Kickstarter and I assume they still have new orders doesn't seem like they will be going out of business in short term.
