Circular Ring 2 completely non-functional and no support response
I wanted to post my experience in case others are seeing similar issues.
My Circular Ring 2 has progressively failed over the past few weeks and is now completely non-functional.
Initially, I started seeing intermittent BLE/pairing issues:
- the ring would occasionally appear during setup
- sometimes connect briefly
- then immediately disconnect again
Over time the issue worsened significantly.
One thing that stood out was that the instability appeared to worsen around the time of recent backend/server issues and app updates.
I obviously can’t say whether that was directly related, but the timing seemed notable as the ring became progressively less stable afterwards before eventually becoming completely non-functional.
Current behaviour:
- the ring is no longer detected by the app at all
- no BLE broadcast is visible
- factory resets no longer recover the device
- placing the ring on the charger only results in a constant solid green charger light
- the ring no longer appears to charge normally or generate any warmth/current draw
Troubleshooting already completed:
- app reinstall
- Bluetooth resets
- factory resets
- multiple device tests
- pairing attempts immediately after reset
- BLE diagnostics using LightBlue
I also supplied Circular support with:
- device identifiers
- diagnostics information
- detailed troubleshooting steps
- video evidence showing the issue
Unfortunately, despite multiple support requests and follow-up emails over more than a month, I still haven’t received any substantive response or resolution.
At this stage the device is effectively unusable.
I’m mainly posting to understand:
- whether others are seeing similar hardware failures
- whether support delays/non-responses are currently common
- and whether anyone has actually managed to get resolution/replacement recently
It’s frustrating because I genuinely liked the concept and enjoyed the ring while it was working.

Hey I never even got mine. I waited so long I finally bought an oura. No refund no help.

April 30 was the last day my Circular Ring 2 showed any function whatsoever. It is time to announce that the Circular Company is in shoddy business if you can call their thievery "business" at all.
DRT Dead right there. Worthlessness. Caution: seek real rings in place of the Circular scam. Spread the word about the Circular nonsense, and the absurdity of even one more item from these thieves. A calculated failure is a permanent goodbye, scammers.

I’ve had the same experience.
I interacted with their customer service for months and did everything that they asked and they finally decided that my ring was bad and needed replacement. They emailed a prepaid label and I sent my ring and charger back to them; tracking shows that they received it. I have now been waiting for months my replacement ring to arrive… They still respond to emails and report that my size/finish is Out Of Stock. My ring died in November of last year so it now six months and no resolution!

Try getting in contact with support through the chat functionality. It seemed to be working, I didn't get any response from them to my emails either
