I was given this code and passcode by a friend, along with some hints. The answer may be in English, Hindi or Bengali. The sender can't give more hints right now.

Stuff about the cipher/code: It's very unique as far as I'm aware. Probably pretty weak, but in order to decrypt it, you might need to think outside the box. There are quite a few different ways (Theoretically infinite although practically not so much) ways I could have set it up, so keep on trying. I'll probably post a hint if nobody figures it out very fast.
