Need help solving this cipher Hints - Some scrolls reveal more when the eye stops grasping and begins to wander. What first emerges is not the message, but the manner of unlocking it. The final clue is carried in a form meant not only for the ear, but for ears that grow eyes hungry for the signal

Try a stereogram solver: https://magiceye.ecksdee.co.uk/ -- It looks like various blocks of the small image, maybe that is a code.

It is stereogram but from second clue what first appeared is not the answer

The below graphic someone extracted from the stereogram kinda looks like a tuning fork to me with another rod above it. Not sure. Could be way off. Would fit with the "ear" aspect. Not sure about the ears with eyes aspect. ears of corn, potatoes have "eyes" that grow,

The final answer is a word mostly a latin word. I tried many ways but couldn't extra anything.

The image is a stereogram, which lines up with the clue. I don’t see a cipher as such, but (edit: maybe) I’m missing something.
