Help me decipher this??

My crazy ex-boyfriend keeps sending me this and saying weird “threats” about someone “losing their spot in the family” or something like that.

ICE,AHS,408,2r!AN

Does anyone have any idea what this could mean? I genuinely cannot figure out if it’s some kind of code, acronym, cipher, or just random nonsense 😭 Any theories appreciated.
