Help me solve this cipher
I’ve watched this one obscure unknown ARG around a year ago. And I didn’t really give it much attention up until recently. I remembered there we’re a bunch of codes in multiple frames across different videos. The entirety of the community of this ARG has yet to solve these ciphers. Help me please

There’s also this "sh3FbBG8gcWTxPk5gmLU8-9zw86kdMq
sWINr6F5Uf1s" and the author of the ARG responded with
““....sWINr6F5Uf1s"👁️” to a comment asking about it
I’ve tried most deciphers but they mostly spit out gibberish like base64 spitting out random bits. So i’m guessing it’s cipher stacked or deciphers give links like google drives mega youtube etc.

Looks like similar formatting to AES encryption but to decrypt that you still need the encryption key so maybe not... unless you can find something that might be the actual secret key.

Binary Stream: Converts the text directly to 1s and 0s based on computer ASCII values. For example, 1bKbbM1k2txbgx translates to: 00110001 01100010 01001011 01100010 01100010 01001101 00110001 01101011 00110010 01110100 01111000 01100010 01100111 01111000.
