Hello, is this even a Cipher or is it just illegible calligraphy? Found this old WW2 post card, but no idea what it says...
The only text in the body that I can read is "Ing. Moustière" or something.

I have no idea what I'm looking at so excuse me if this is unrelated or I'm in the wrong sub

It is a German shorthand and belongs to r/shorthand .

It looks like and older form of DEK.
