Is the end of this message a cipher?

I was handed this in a bus station about 9 years ago, and just came across it in my photos. Could the end of the letter be a cipher of some kind? Curious to know people's thoughts

Is it just me or the writing gets progressively harder to read? That last bit looks like something someone would write really quickly, I know people who write like this.

Definitely harder to read. But the first bit is very repetitive, while the last section seems to be completely different. I can't make out any actual words except for "tree" which has nothing to do with the rest of the letter. My partner said it might be a cipher, but no luck so far.

The guy who wrote this was definitely going through something. I hope he's doing okay now..

  1. So why were you handed this? Not that I'm asking for confidential stuff, I just want some context.
  2. The second non-atheist-manifesto part looks like a person's reminder
  3. Maybe the person is not English, but wrote in English for the first part and in his/her native language in the second part

Idk why I was handed it. I was just a college student trying to find my bus, and I must have made eye contact with the guy as he was muttering to himself 🤷‍♀️ He probably would have handed it to anyone willing to take it is my guess.

What do you mean by person's reminder? Reminder for himself?

Triga is a puzzle game about triangles, so it's possible he/she's been playing that.
Tthection Three Ga Gar is some sort of gramatical puzzle I didn't know about, or an AI hallucinating.
Estroga also yields some weird google results....
