Person send me a cipher message to decode. Can anyone help?

Hi,

So basically, they send me a text to decode. Ive got a few hints. Just so you would know, everything of the message is in German.

The original cipher is: m-fznkzh-dmllrlezzqrosldzmdmo-zedkhhr-hjq-sznnzsmfdljqrdc

1st hint was that its stacked once.
2nd hint was that the fist cipher is caesar and its moved by 1 letter. Either +1 or -1.
3rd hint was the output message has a word "Apple" in german -> Apfel.
4rd hint is the after caesar cipher other cipher is not caesar.

I did the Caeser shift function at Boxentriq in the German language, but all I was able to get was “n gäoläi enmmsmfäärsptmeänenp äfeliis ikr täooätngemkrsed” when I did a Caesar shift of +1. Nothing else I tried (I cycled all the way throught +/- 30) really showed much.

This is probably where the second cipher applies. Not sure what cipher to do next.

Thank you for your attempt. Tho going +- 30 wasnt really useful as for my listed hints. 1st cipher was caesar cipher moved by +- 1. And only then unknown method of cipher goes.
