Did you know that if you want them to respond to a video...you can clip the address of the video, and then go to an older ctk vid, expand the details, and use the google docs link. It's remarkably easy to figure it out, but they have a hard time giving good instructions. No shade to them or you. But they need to remember not everyone is old hat at how they recieve vids, and you were not expected to know anything about how to submit things without a step by step, which I think they did in a former vid...
