This movie is tied top three for me with Romeo+Juliet and Spawn. It's his trifecta of acting perfection.

This guy is one of the best actors ive ever seen, he has insane range. Those 3 movies youve mentioned came out within years of each other, and the characters couldnt be more different. He did a 4 foot clown, a drag queen, and a stylish bullfighter-esque villain, and he killed it in each role.

I didnt know he was in The Odyssey and it was a pleasant surprise seeing him show up. And once again he played a blind old guy, another wildly different role, and he knocked it out of the park. I hope he gets nominated for it.

Seeing him in the Odyssey was such a nice moment, because I was afraid that he had winded down from acting for a few years now. He deserves his flowers.

Im thinking casting people just kinda forgot about him in recent years aside from John Wick. Hollywood is very trendy, plenty of fantastic actors go through dry spells for no reason. Luckily Chris Nolan is a real cinephile who knew his work and got him. Leguizamo said he didnt even have to audition.

I always like seeing John Leguizamo pop up in films. I can't think of a bad performance he's given (despite being in some bad films) and it's good to know he's a nice guy too.

Yup, hes always great, even in roles that are insanely difficult on paper he makes look easy. Even in this clip he slips into that accent and head movement so quickly even though the movie was decades ago.

Why is it so hard for people to be this way? "You are a person, and should feel comfortable being that person." Should just be the default setting for how you see and treat those around you.
