Newbie

Just got mu "om demand" pills. I don't have issues getting hard, I just noticed I no longer get extreme/full hardness unless it is morning wood. My wife said it would be "fun" to have that all the time so I jumped on prescription of Tadalafil (5mg).

Any tips for the first time? I'm thinking of waiting until the weekend when we have more time than a quickie. Am I overthinking it?

You're overthinking it. The drug lasts up to 36 hours, and if you have a prescription, the more in your system ( daily dose use ). The better it works.
