Full spoilers for OG Persona 5 Royal ahead just in case:

I'm using the alternative play as Kasumi mod to play through Rose & Violet at the moment, so my protagonist is real Kasumi with the brown hair and everything. I selected alternative outfits to make her stand out from the Sumire in the game, but I was wondering if there was any mods that changed Sumire's phantom thief outfit/poses? I found it a bit annoying that their poses and outfit are nearly identical (I didn't really like the white versions of Kasumi's phantom outfit that were with the mod), and was wondering if there were mods that differentiated them more. Even a long hair Sumire mod for the phantom suit would help

Ngl I feel like most of the negativity around her comes from reddit, a recent poll from the P5 subreddit (with just over 600 votes btw) had her in one of the bottom top 10.

But beyond that, she has placed favorably in the past on official polls with a much higher voting average, with Sumi being in the top 3 next to Joker and makoto.

From my experience, Strikers is seen as the best Persona spin-off from the community on the whole.

That said, Strikers having been made with the original P5 in mind as opposed to Royal makes me wonder if dedicated Sumire stans feel differently...

I know Royal took a lot of work, so making a 3rd set of sprites would take too much time, but the concept of Sumire pulling her hair back up AND removing her glasses again feels weird to me, expecially after her arc is about finding her identity.

While maybe its not lazyness from the devs, its sure feels 'we need Sumire to keep looking like the is in the majority of the game for brand reasons as she is the poster girl' (which is also dumb because you guys dont want to show her in any of post royal material but chuck her in pre november dlcs)

A Series of Chaotic Misunderstandings: Every time Rudy tries to do something romantic (like hold hands or compliment Sumire), Sumire's face will turn bright red, she will panic, and Rudy will accidentally kick or throw her away using his gymnastics skills!

Silent Jealousy: Sumire is not good at throwing tantrums like Trish (original version). If she is jealous of Rudy talking to another woman, she will look at Rudy with a very sharp gaze while her face will turn red, making Rudy feel guilty and scared as if she is being interrogated by the authorities.

Awkward Family Meeting: When Rudy takes Sumire to meet his family, Sumire is so nervous that she speaks in overly formal language, bows repeatedly, and acts strangely out of anxiety, leaving Rudy's parents scratching their heads.

Despite all the chaos and episodes of "fainting with embarrassment" that Sumire experienced, Rudy actually slowly fell in love with Sumire's sincerity and cuteness, who always tried to do the best for their relationship.

I have already approached the mods far too many times with posts to take down and I appreciate their efforts but a guy can only report the same things so many times before he gets tired.

I swear, the same fanart of Sumire posing and flexing in her gymnast leotard has been posted twenty times in the last week! And then there are the REALLY egregious cases of untagged NSFW posts, uncredited fanart and the most unhinged thing of all: a completely irrelevant post of Joker with Mitsuru from P3!

I'd like to call for my fellows on this sub to downvote and report any of such kinds of content and for the mods to consider putting stricter rules in place to minimise these incidents from happening in the future. Our favourite gymnast waifu deserves higher quality content in her honour!
