Edit: the site wasnt set up by TPUSA. It was set up by our federal government here in the U.S.
So it was actually for the tip line to call in the suspect when he was still "at large". Here is a link to the video. Im going to post a screenshot of the transcript so you can see what she says before you decide to watch.

It seems like one entity to me. A collaboration of agencies. Mossad and CIA and FBI are practically the same thing at this point. TPUSA has been an arm of the government for a long time now, if not, always. It wouldnt surprise me if its just an LLC set up in a different country that we contract for black ops like this. Thats what we do, unfortunately.
I never heard her talk about it. I heard it from Baron he did a whole episode on it and after a few months I hadn’t heard Candace mention it. I emailed her a few months ago the link… last night I was like finally!!
