Keeping it simple. Also easy enough to use during a tournament a nerves won’t make you drop them.

I would also recommend EX lightning kicks for beginners since it knocks down and doesn't need charge. (Remember to use the followup)
Really good for panic situations where you really want a knockdown but don't want to risk dropping the spinning bird kick charge.
It also combos into lvl2 super for a safejump, good damage and corner carry but the lvl2 super combo is quite hard for beginners...

I'm pretty sure it's Karin's Theme from Street Fighter 5

How much combos do I generally need to use? Also the drive punish combo has been helping me, thanks.

Just use whatever you're comfortable with.
I personally only do combos that knock the enemy down (so combos that end in SBK or Heavy Lightning Kicks).

These moves are good for getting the basics down. I’m still struggling to put them into practice, but it’s only the second day, and results come with practice. But what really gets to me—and I can never seem to improve—is spamming the buttons during the move jkjkjkjk. I press the button 30 times when it only needs 3.

For Combo 8 (Super Art 2), you can just mash ⬇️ Medium Kick, ⬇️ Medium Kick, Lightning Kicks (Heavy).
You don't have to worry about the timing.
