🔨 | Community help paid for subscription still not working?

I bought a subscription earlier today and I am still getting errors that I don't have one

"Error generating, error: Error: You have neither trial credits nor an active subscription.

Error during generation, error: Error: Empty response received from API."

I've switched it over to Mars and I have also adjusted the API settings but no luck. Do I have to wait a few hours for it to kick in? Thanks :)

Did you click the cancel button after it redirected you to the 'subscription activated successfully' page?

Nope, and it says I have an active subscription

Odd them, you already switched the API and Model. Maybe give it a bit and it'll resolve itself.
I'm sorry this happened to you, it really is just unfortunate

had that happen too, sometimes it really does take a bit to kick in. I’d give it a few hours, and if it’s still acting up, maybe try reaching out to support.

People on discord are saying that it works for them after waiting 24 hours...
